About Challenger,Gray & Christmas K.K.
Born in Chicago in 1962, we are the oldest outplacement consulting organization in the business. Challenger, Gray & Christmas, K.K. was introduced to Japan in 1999. The firm has taken over the American founder's spirit and its unique method, and yet developed its own style that fit into the Japanese culture. We continue to evolve our service level, providing top quality outplacement programs for executives, middle managers and long-term or highly valued employees.
With the pride in our signature “tough love" counseling method, we will support clients in designing their life and career.
